Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs Pvt Ltd is an Indian software, AI and cloud company that collaborates with Swiss technology partners such as Webzenz Switzerland. You can work with Swisszenz directly, with a fixed contact person and communication in English. For projects delivered together with our Swiss partner Webzenz Switzerland in Schindellegi near Zurich, a contact in German is also available. Who manages the project and who is the contractual partner is agreed in writing before the start.
We work with awareness of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the EU GDPR. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before the project starts, access is given on a need-to-know basis, and code and data can stay in your own cloud account and repositories.
An initial AI prototype can typically be developed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the project requirements and technical complexity. Full projects depend on scope and integrations; you receive a clear timeline in the proposal. For projects lasting less than six months, our standard payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. For longer projects, we agree on a suitable payment schedule. Payments are made by bank transfer.
