How do you handle data protection?
We plan data protection from the start, with the Swiss data protection act (nFADP) and the EU GDPR in mind. We work with as little personal data as possible, clear access rights and hosting locations that fit your requirements, and we put the rules in the contract.
How does communication work in a project?
You get a fixed contact person, and communication runs in English, and also in German on joint projects with Webzenz Switzerland. You receive regular updates, see progress in clear steps and can talk directly to the developers in Kochi when needed.
Is the time difference a problem?
No, the time difference is easy to plan around: India is 3.5 to 4.5 hours ahead of Switzerland, depending on the season. Our working hours of 08:00 to 17:00 (IST) overlap with the Swiss morning, and work from the previous day is often ready when you start.
What are your payment terms?
For projects lasting less than six months, our standard payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. For longer projects, we agree on a suitable payment schedule, for example milestone-based or monthly. Payments are made by bank transfer.
