Entries in local storage stay until they are deleted. Entries in session storage are deleted when you close the browser tab. • The website stores a few entries in your browser storage that are needed for the AI chat.
• Third parties (YouTube, Google Maps) may set cookies only when you start the video or view the map.

3. Necessary browser storage

The following entries are stored in your browser only to provide functions you use or to remember a choice you made. They are not used for tracking or advertising, and we do not ask for consent for them.

• webzenz-ai-chat-session (local storage): the ID and access token of your chat conversation, so that it is still there after you reload the page. Removed automatically when the conversation is no longer available on the server; otherwise stored until you delete it.
• webzenz-ai-chat-welcome-shown (local storage): the time the chat window opened automatically, so that it does not open again. It contains no personal data. Stored until you delete it.
• webzenz-ai-chat-tags, webzenz-ai-chat-questions, webzenz-ai-chat-return and webzenz-ai-chat-reopen (session storage): suggested questions and the page to return to from the full-page chat. Deleted when you close the browser tab.
• Files that your browser keeps in its cache so that pages load faster. Your browser manages this cache.

The AI chat does not set cookies.

4. Analytics cookies

This website currently does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, and no analytics cookies are set. If we add an analytics service, we will update this policy first.

5. Third-party content

Video on the home page. Loading the home page does not connect to YouTube. Only when you click the play button does a player window open: the player software Plyr is loaded from cdn.plyr.io and the video is loaded from YouTube through youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment YouTube (Google) may store cookies or similar data in your browser. Plyr may store your player settings, such as the volume, in local storage under the key plyr. Map on the contact page. The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. The map is loaded when you scroll to it. Google may then set cookies in your browser. Google is responsible for these cookies.

Links. Links to other websites, such as social networks, do not load any content or cookies until you click them.

6. How to manage cookies and storage

You can view and delete cookies and stored site data at any time in your browser settings, and you can set your browser to block cookies. If you block or delete browser storage, the website still works, but an open chat conversation will no longer be restored after a reload and choices you have made may be asked for again.

If you do not want YouTube or Google Maps to set cookies, do not start the video and do not view the map on the contact page.
