We collaborate with Webzenz GmbH, Chaltenbodenstrasse 6e, 8834 Schindellegi, Switzerland (UID CHE-274.451.187). Webzenz GmbH is a separate legal entity. Where this website shows content, projects or job openings of Webzenz GmbH, this is stated on the page concerned.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, including the AI chat where it is available. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website provides general information about our company and our services. Browsing the website, sending an enquiry or using the AI chat does not create a contract for services. Descriptions, examples, prices and timelines on the website are for information only and are not an offer. A binding offer or contract exists only in a written agreement that names the company providing the service.

If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for the services it covers.

4. AI chat

The AI chat answers questions about our services and those of Webzenz GmbH. The chat backend is operated by Webzenz GmbH. The answers are generated automatically by an AI language model, not by a person.

• Answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Please check important information with us before you rely on it.
• Answers are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and they are not a binding offer.
• Please do not enter sensitive personal data, such as health or financial information, passwords or identity numbers.
• The number of messages may be limited, and the chat may be unavailable at times.

5. Job listings

The careers pages show job openings of two different employers. Openings in Kochi are offered by Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs Private Limited. Openings in Switzerland are offered by Webzenz GmbH. The careers page names the employer of each opening, and applications are handled by that employer.

Job listings are invitations to apply. They are not offers of employment. An employment relationship exists only once you and the employer have signed a written contract. We may change or withdraw a listing at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, logos, software code and other content of this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless stated otherwise, the rights belong to Swisszenz AI Cloud Labs Private Limited or to the respective rights holders.
